How To Prepare Besan Ladoo Recipe step by step
- Take a pan and put on the gas.
- Switch on the gas and turn the flame into low.
- Add 2 -3 tbsp of ghee/oil to the pan.
- Now add besan to the pan and roast in medium flame.
- Stir continuously when you roasting otherwise it will burn.
- If required add more than two tbsp of ghee into the besan.
- Roast in medium flame in primary stage once besan starts to change its color then turn the gas flame from medium to low flame.
- Roast continuously till ghee comes from besan this stage looks like thickness semi-liquid and a roasted smell comes from this mixture.
- Now take out this from the gas and transfer all the mixture to a bowl and add pwd sugar or bura, add your favorite dry nuts like almond chopped, cashews nut chopped, pistachios and mix with hand properly.
- After adding all these things mixture is ready for the next step ladoo making.
- Take a handful of the mixture and hold it tightly and make a round ball. Give a final touch to make a proper round shape by keeping the ladoo between two palms and rotate the ladoo.
- Like this make all the ladoos.
- Now, this is the time for garnishing.
- For garnishing cut your favorite dry fruits and keep them on the top of each ladoo.
- Keep all the ladooes in the open place for few hours then store in an airtight container and enjoy them for four to five-week.

- If you want you can prepare two types of ladoo one is smooth type from fine besan.
- Another is a grainy type for that use grainy type besan or you can add 2 to 3 tbsp of water before take out the besan mixture from the gas then mix well.

- Quality of Besan
Always choose the best quality besan or gram flour. Actually, you have to choose fresh besan for ladoo. Besan are two types one is the smooth type and the other is grainy type.
If you want grainy taste ladoo then choose the grainy type and if you want smooth, mouth melt type then choose smooth type besan.
If you want you can prepare besan in your home. Roast the gram dal or chana dal and then make besan by grinding in a grinder according to your taste. It may be smooth or grainy.
