Most people love to eat egg fry because this is very easy to cook and it takes very little time to prepare. This is also very tasty due to frying in oil with spices. Spices are coated all over the egg.

 

You can serve this egg fry recipe with different types of rice like jeera rice, veg pulao, matar pulao, veg biryani, tomato rice, and chicken biryani. You also eat with roti and paratha. You can include this recipe in a thali.

Egg fry contains a good source of high-quality complete protein. Mostly found in the white portion of the egg. Protein helps you to build and maintain strong muscles. the carbohydrate content is less than one gram. Egg fry also contains fat and cholesterol. The fat is found in the yolk of an egg. 


 This egg fry recipe is rich in important vitamins vitamin D which plays an important role in calcium absorption, and vitamin A for healthy vision, skin, and cell growth. Eggs are also a very good source of B1(thiamine), and vitamin B2(riboflavin) is also available in egg fry.


Ingredients For Egg Fry Recipe


Eggs——-——-——-——-–5 no
Oil———————————-1 tbsp
Onion—————-——-——1 no(large)
Tomato—————————1 no
Garlic —————-——-——-10 cloves
Ginger——————————small piece
Turmeric pwd——————1/2 tsp
Cumin pwd——-——-——--1/2 tsp
Coriander pwd—————–1/2 tsp
Black pepper pwd————-1/4 tsp
Garam Masala pwd———–1/4th tsp
Salt as per your taste.


Procedure

  1. Put a saucepan on the gas.
  2. Add water to the saucepan to boil the egg. 
  3. Add eggs into the saucepan.
  4. Boil eggs to make a hard boil.
  5. Now take out the eggs from the gas and keep them cool.
  6. Then remove the hard outer layer from the egg.
  7. Now cut the egg into two equal pieces length-wise.
  8. Now put a pan on the gas.
  9. Now add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste. Now saute for 2 minutes in high flame.
  10. Now add turmeric pwd, cumin pwd, and coriander pwd into the oil.
  11. Now add 3 tbsp water to the spices and mix well.
  12. Now add egg pieces to the spices. Mix the spices with egg pieces.
  13. Spices should be coated over the eggs.
  14. Now add more than 1 teaspoon of oil all over the egg and fry for two minutes or until the raw smell is gone. This is optional if you want to take less oil you can avoid this extra oil.
  15. Now sprinkle some coriander leaves over the egg pieces.
  16. Now egg fry is taken out from the pan to a plate.
  17. Now enjoy this egg with your favourite recipe or enjoy it as a starter with tomato ketchup.
