Stuff Peas Paratha

Ingredients

Green peas Garlic Chillies Cumin seeds Chat masala Pav bhaji masala salt oil

Stuff Peas Paratha

Put a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. When oil becomes hot add garlic cloves and dry red chilli. You can add green chillies insted of red chilli

Saute garlic and chillies for 1 minute then add 1tsp of cumin seed. When splattering sound comes from cumin then saute again.

Then add green peas. You can take fresh green peas. If you have frozen peas then you can use it but fresh is much better option.

Cook it for 1 minute then add all the spices. Add 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes, 1tsp of chat masala and 1 tbsp of pav bhaji masal. Then add salt according to your taste.

Saute all the ingredients and cook in low to medium  flame till peas are becomes soft.

When peas are becomes soft then switch  off the gas and let it cool.

When peas are become cool then transfer all the peas into a mixy jar and mix it roughly. Now stuffing is ready.

Now we make paratha dough. For that take wheat flour add one pinch of salt and little amount of water and make paratha dough.

Prepare round shape balls from this dough. Size of the balls depend on you. If you take little bigger it is easy to stuff.

Take a ball and sprinckle little wheat flour.

For lachha you should roll it length wise. In length wise you can stuff easily.

Now take 2 tbsp of stuffing and keep it in middle portion of paratha and spred it lengthwise.

 Seal both side and make a roll.

Turn this roll in one direction and make a small circle keep the  end of roll in the center of circle.

Flif this and press in your hand to make it large size. This step is required otherwise stuffing are come out from  paratha.

Now sprincle little amount of wheat flour and roll it like a partha.

 put tawa on the gas in medium flame when tawa becomes hot then keep this paratha on the tawa.

Let cook it for thirty second then flif it and cook other side also for another 30 seconds.

Now take oil or ghee spred over the paratha equally.

Again cook each side of  paratha until red  paches are comes. Now paratha is ready to serve.
