Ingredients

Take  two medium size onion cut it into julienne. Then take some fresh chillies cut it into small size. Take around 1 tbsp. of chopped zinger.

Take one large size beetroot. Cut it into juliennes.

Take one cup of wheat flour and 1/4th cup of besan(gramflour). Amount of wheat flour and besan  depends on number of pancake you want to do.

Take one bowl add wheat flour then add  besan, onion, zinger, chillies, add salt

Add water to make batter. For better result make thick  consistency of batter.

Put a tawa on the gas on low to medium flame. Wait till it becomes  hot. Then add oil on the tawa.

 Pour one ladder full of batter on the center of tawa. Spred to make circle like dosa.

Add some toppings likes beertoot pieces, onion pieces, chopped curry leaves.

Cook Pancake for two to 3 minutes in medium flame. Then flif it and cook other side for another 2-3 minute in low flame.

After 2-3 minute again flif  this pancake and check both side. If any side is not cook properly then cook that side again for another few minutes.

Now pan cake is cooked properly. So plate out this pancake.
