Take a blending jar add 2 cup frozen raspberries, 1 banana , ¼ cup yogurt, ½ cup water, ½ cup milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey ½ cup ice.

Avocado Smoothie

To a blender, add the banana, orange, apple cucumber, spinach, parsley, and ginger. Blend on high until smooth.
